Terms of Use
1. Provider and scope
The provider of "Cooriva AI" (the "App") is FMST Solutions LLC, 1242 SW Pine Island Road, Ste 42-348, Cape Coral, FL 33991, USA, email: [email protected]. These terms apply to the use of the App at app.cooriva.app and the information site cooriva.app. By registering or using the App you agree to them.
2. Description of the service
Cooriva AI is a web application (also installable as a PWA) for calendar, tasks, reminders, habits, notes, team communication and AI-assisted help. Optionally, you can connect your Google account for calendar sync. Individual features may change, be added or be discontinued.
3. Account and access
- An account with a valid email address is required.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for informing us if you suspect misuse.
- You may only use the App if you are at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
In particular, the following is not permitted:
- unlawful content or conduct,
- interfering with or circumventing security measures and access restrictions,
- automated scraping or excessive load without consent,
- uploading malware,
- attempting to access other users' data.
5. Content and responsibility
You keep the rights to your content and are responsible for its lawfulness. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the App for you (storing, displaying, transmitting to the services you have enabled). Content in shared areas (Spaces, chats) is visible to their members; your calendar is private.
6. Google connection
The connection to Google is voluntary and can be disconnected at any time in the settings. Google's terms apply in addition. What data we process is described in the Privacy Policy. Events imported from Google are read-only in Cooriva; in case of differences, the data in your Google account prevails.
7. AI features
AI output may be incorrect or incomplete. It is decision support and not binding advice. Changes by the assistant are carried out only after your confirmation. When you use your own API key, the terms and costs of your AI provider apply in addition. You are responsible for how you use the results.
8. Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, failures at third-party providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Google, AI providers) and outages are possible. Make your own backups of important data.
9. Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from use. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health and, where mandatory law so provides, for obligations you may rely on, remains unaffected.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are violated.
11. Governing law
The laws of the State of Florida, USA, apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version published here applies; for material changes we will notify you in the App.
